• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the invoices generated comply with applicable laws and regulations in India.
• WiseInvoice does not guarantee that the invoice formats, structures, or contents generated through the platform meet any specific legal, accounting, or tax requirements.
• It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the invoices before issuing them.

3. No Legal or Tax Advice

WiseInvoice is a technology platform and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any invoice or document generated using WiseInvoice is for convenience only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal or financial consultation.

4. Indemnification

By using WiseInvoice, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Any incorrect, non-compliant, or misleading invoices generated using WiseInvoice;
• Any regulatory or legal action taken against you due to non-compliance with Indian tax, accounting, or business laws;
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

• WiseInvoice is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use WiseInvoice, including but not limited to losses arising from incorrect invoice formatting, regulatory non-compliance, or financial penalties.
• In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the fees (if any) paid by you for the use of WiseInvoice in the preceding six months.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use WiseInvoice in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• You shall not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, false invoicing, or any illegal purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that your login credentials are not shared with unauthorized parties.

7. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of WiseInvoice after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WiseInvoice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any activity that may harm the platform, its users, or the Company.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, India.
